Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between ck644 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("User", "Player", "you", "your") who accesses, registers with, or uses any service offered through the ck644 website and associated mobile web platform. By accessing ck644 and creating a user account, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use ck644. These Terms apply in addition to any specific rules or conditions applicable to individual promotions, games, or services offered on the platform. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any promotion-specific rules, the promotion-specific rules shall take precedence in respect of that promotion only.

Eligibility and Age Verification

Use of ck644 is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria. ck644 reserves the right to request documentary verification of eligibility at any time and to suspend or close any account where eligibility cannot be confirmed.

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times while using the platform.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or close associate of ck644, its affiliates, or its licensed game providers.
• You must not be registered on any national self-exclusion list or have previously closed an account with ck644 under a responsible gaming self-exclusion request.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information at registration and must update this information promptly if it changes.

Account Registration and Security

To access real-money games, sports betting, and financial services on ck644, you must create a registered account. Each individual may hold only one account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balances held across duplicate accounts.

Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. ck644 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to keep your credentials secure. ck644 is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) checks on all accounts. KYC verification will be requested at a minimum before any withdrawal is processed. You may be required to provide one or more of the following documents as part of KYC verification:

• Proof of residential address issued within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence).

Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on ck644 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). ck644 does not accept foreign currency deposits and does not charge currency conversion fees. Players are responsible for any fees charged by their own payment service provider in connection with transactions on ck644.

Deposits

Deposits are accepted exclusively through ck644's approved payment channels, which currently include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, BRAC Bank, and City Bank transfers. Deposits are credited to your ck644 account balance in real time upon confirmation from the payment provider. ck644 does not impose a platform-level minimum deposit amount, though individual payment providers may apply their own transaction limits. All deposited funds must be used for gaming purposes; ck644 will not process withdrawal requests for deposited funds that have not been wagered at least once.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to the following conditions:

• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. First-time withdrawals may take up to 24 hours pending identity verification review.
• Subsequent verified withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes to 1 hour of the withdrawal request being submitted.
• ck644 reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence checks on any withdrawal request, which may extend processing times. Players will be notified if additional information is required.
• Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts or payment methods not registered in the account holder's name.

ck644 does not accept deposits from or process withdrawals to unverified sources. Any funds identified as originating from or destined for a third party not registered on the account will be held pending investigation and may be subject to return to the original source.

Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

ck644 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible registered players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions attached to each offer, which will be clearly communicated at the time of the promotion. The general principles below apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise.

General Bonus Rules

The following rules apply to all bonus funds credited to a ck644 account unless explicitly overridden by promotion-specific terms:

• Bonus funds must be wagered in accordance with the stated rollover requirement (typically expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount, e.g. 20x) before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn.
• Bonuses are credited in BDT and may only be used to wager on eligible games specified in the relevant promotion terms. Certain game types (e.g. specific live casino tables or jackpot slots) may be excluded from bonus wagering.
• Bonus funds may not be transferred, exchanged, or sold to other users. Bonuses are personal to the account holder and are non-transferable.
• ck644 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus at any time if there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: wagering primarily on low-risk bets to fulfil rollover requirements, coordinated play across multiple accounts, or exploitation of technical errors.
• Free spins awarded as part of a promotion will have a BDT value per spin stated in the promotion terms. Winnings from free spins are credited as bonus funds and subject to the applicable wagering requirement.

Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on ck644 are operated in accordance with the rules published by the respective game provider. In the event of a dispute regarding game outcomes, the records held by the relevant game provider shall be considered definitive. ck644 does not override game provider outcome records.

All RNG-based games on ck644 use certified Random Number Generator software that produces statistically independent, unpredictable, and unbiased outcomes for every game round. The theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game is as published by the game provider and is available for review on request.

Malfunction Policy

In the event of a technical malfunction, communication error, or software fault that affects the outcome of a game round, ck644 reserves the right to void any affected game rounds and return the stakes wagered. The following principles apply:

• Malfunction voids all pays and plays. Wins generated during a demonstrable technical fault are not eligible for withdrawal.

ck644 strictly prohibits gambling by persons under the age of 21. • Session time limits: Set a maximum session duration after which you will be automatically logged out. A session time reminder notification will be sent before the limit is reached.
• Cooling-off period: Take a temporary break from gaming for a defined period (24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days). During a cooling-off period, your account remains accessible for withdrawal purposes only.
• Self-exclusion: Permanently close your account and prevent re-registration for a minimum period of 12 months. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on ck644 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration or during KYC verification, including misrepresentation of age.
• Operating or participating in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated wagering activity designed to exploit the platform or disadvantage other players.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or any software that interacts with the platform in a manner not intended for normal player use.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, software vulnerabilities, or pricing anomalies on the platform, whether or not such exploitation results in financial gain.
• Using ck644 for any money laundering activity, including layering deposits through the platform without genuine gaming activity.
• Registering more than one account, whether under the same or different personal details, or assisting any other person in circumventing the one-account-per-person policy.

ck644 employs active monitoring systems to detect prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is detected, ck644 reserves the right to void all gaming activity conducted during the relevant period, withhold and forfeit any associated balances, and pursue civil or criminal remedies where applicable under Bangladesh law.

Account Suspension and Termination

ck644 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances: (a) where there is a breach of any provision of these Terms; (b) where ck644 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited conduct; (c) where an account is identified as a duplicate account; (d) where required by applicable law or regulatory obligation; or (e) where a player has initiated a self-exclusion request. In all cases of account closure, any eligible balance remaining after settlement of all outstanding bets will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification.

Players may voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting ck644 support. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any pending bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements at the time of account closure will be forfeited.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ck644 shall not be liable to any player for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses arising out of or in connection with the use of the platform, even if ck644 has been advised of the possibility of such damages. ck644's total liability in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the relevant player in the 30-day period preceding the relevant claim.

ck644 does not warrant that the platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. ck644 will use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability and to resolve technical issues promptly, but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance periods will be communicated to players in advance where reasonably practicable.

Privacy and Data Protection

ck644 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy. ck644 uses player data solely for the purposes of account management, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring, and service improvement. Player data is not sold to third parties. All data is protected using SSL encryption and stored on secure servers. Amendments to These Terms

The notice period for material changes will be a minimum of 7 days prior to the effective date of the amended Terms.

Your continued use of ck644 following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 9 of these Terms.
